A customer recently brought a SJ1200 cone crusher to our factory for maintenance after its concave had reached the end of its service life.
Instead of replacing the complete crusher, the customer chose to replace the worn component with a newly manufactured SJ1200 Bowl Liner / Concave.
For this SJ1200 application, our factory can manufacture the concave according to customer-supplied mechanical drawings, dimensions and technical requirements.
Based on the supplied drawings, our production team manufactures the required liner geometry and dimensions to provide a suitable replacement for the customer’s equipment.
This allows customers to replace individual crusher wear parts without replacing the complete machine.
The used SJ1200 concave removed from the customer’s equipment provides a direct reference to its actual working condition.
