In a mining site in Zimbabwe, jaw crushers and cone crushers are used for processing hard and abrasive rock materials. Stable wear parts performance is essential for continuous production.
In this project, different materials were used according to working conditions:
Jaw plates: Mn18Cr2
Cone crusher mantle and concave: Mn18Cr2 + Mo0.9 / Mn22Cr2 / Mn18Cr2 + Ti
After installation, the wear parts showed good performance in crushing efficiency, wear resistance, and stable operation under heavy load conditions.
