CH440 / CS440 Cone Crusher Lower Thrust Disc is an aftermarket replacement wear component installed at the bottom of the cone crusher thrust bearing assembly. It works together with the upper thrust plate to support axial loads generated during crushing operations.
The lower thrust disc is fixed in the crusher base and provides a sliding contact surface for the rotating upper thrust component. Its surface is designed with oil grooves to retain and distribute lubricating oil, helping reduce friction and wear during continuous crusher operation.
As a high-wear component in the thrust bearing assembly, the Lower Thrust Disc requires regular inspection and replacement when excessive wear occurs.
