CH/CS Series Cone Crusher Support Ring is an aftermarket replacement component installed on the crusher mainframe to support and locate the adjustment sleeve assembly. It provides a stable supporting surface for the adjustment sleeve and the fixed cone assembly during continuous crushing operations.
The Support Ring is a large circular cast component featuring multiple bolt holes and a locating step for accurate positioning. It supports the weight of the adjustment sleeve assembly as well as the crushing forces and reaction loads generated during operation, transferring these loads to the mainframe.
The fitting and supporting surfaces of the Support Ring are subject to continuous load and impact during crusher operation. Accurate dimensions and proper surface condition help maintain stable positioning of the adjustment sleeve and reliable operation of the fixed cone assembly.
Also known as a Concave Support Ring, it is available as an aftermarket replacement part for CH/CS Series single-cylinder cone crushers. Custom manufacturing can be provided according to equipment specifications, technical drawings, or customer-provided samples.
