CH/CS Series Cone Crusher Main Shaft Bushing

CH/CS Series Cone Crusher Main Shaft Bushing is an aftermarket replacement wear component installed inside the moving cone body of single-cylinder cone crushers. It is fitted around the upper section of the main shaft and functions as a sliding bearing between the main shaft and the moving cone assembly.

Designed with a tapered cylindrical structure and a lifting lug at the top, the Main Shaft Bushing facilitates installation, removal, and handling during crusher maintenance. During operation, the main shaft moves and rotates eccentrically relative to the bushing, while the bushing accommodates radial loads and impact generated during crushing.

As a critical sliding wear component, the Main Shaft Bushing requires proper dimensional accuracy and surface condition to maintain the specified clearance between the main shaft and the bushing. Excessive bushing wear can increase clearance and contribute to abnormal vibration and unstable crusher operation.

The Main Shaft Bushing is different from the Eccentric Bushing, which is installed inside the eccentric assembly in the lower section of the crusher. Our replacement main shaft bushings can be manufactured according to equipment specifications, technical drawings, or customer-provided samples.
