CH/CS Series Cone Crusher Bushing Clamping Nut is an aftermarket replacement component installed at the upper section of the adjustment sleeve. It is designed to securely clamp the fixed cone liner (concave) and maintain stable liner positioning during crushing operations.
Featuring a large internal threaded section and external wrenching lugs, the Bushing Clamping Nut is screwed into the adjustment sleeve and tightened with suitable tools. It applies downward clamping force to the Clamping Ring, which helps firmly secure the fixed cone liner inside the adjustment sleeve.
Working together with the Clamping Ring, the Bushing Clamping Nut helps prevent the fixed cone liner from loosening or shifting under heavy impact and vibration during continuous crushing. It is an important fastening component of the fixed cone assembly for CH/CS Series single-cylinder cone crushers.
